Happy Friday all!

Did you know that weight loss is different than fat loss?

Weight loss is caused by crash dieting and improper training. When we concentrate on just weight loss, our bodies can lose some important things needed to keep us feeling and looking healthy.

When we add the correct nutrition and proper training to our weight loss journey, we add in fat loss.

With Fat loss we combine losing weight with losing stored fat as well. This helps our bodies become healthier as we lose weight correctly.

I am so fortunate and feel so blessed to have found a program that incorporates everything that is needed to lose weight properly and obtain/maintain a healthy lifestyle.
