FINALLY FRIDAY!

Well, I have to say I am so happy to see Friday get here. This week has been a CRAZY one!


Our new fridge was delivered yesterday after our only 5 year old fridge stopped getting cold for the 3rd time!!!! After looking over the new fridge we found a dent in the door...REALLY?! They will replace the door, which is great, but my question is...can we ever get anything new that doesn't have anything wrong with it??? Have you ever been in a similar situation?


Also, a challenging time with the kiddos back in school. My two oldest sons are in college (virtual for now), my other son is on a hybrid schedule (11th grade), and my daughter is doing online studies (6th grade). Needless to say, it has been not only different, but a little nerve racking! Are you dealing with the new normal of schooling?


With all this being said...crazy, stressful times can definitely affect our healthy eating habits. Emotional eating can be tough and hard to overcome, but with the correct tools and positive mindset, it can be done...I promise!
