Thirsty Thursday

Happy Thursday everyone! Let's talk about water! Water is such an important part to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Even when the weather starts to get colder, it is still a great idea to stay hydrated. The rule to staying hydrated is to drink 1/2 of our body weight in ounces of water.

Your weight ÷2 = # of daily oz.


Many people don't like to drink plain water as it is too blah. There are many ways to get your water in and make it refreshing and tasteful. I personally love plain water, but I sometimes want a little flavor or fizz. There are some yummy natural water enhancers out there, or adding fresh fruit can do the flavor trick!
